• Flight and slot coordination. Confirms schedules, handling windows and airport requirements with the operator before a time is promised.
• Ground handling liaison. Works with the airport handling agent on arrival, transit and departure, and states which parts are the airport’s decision and not ours.
• Booking and documentation. Collects passenger details, issues the confirmation, and sets out the fee breakdown in writing.
• Guest liaison. Meets the traveller’s actual constraints — connection times, mobility, luggage — instead of a standard script.
• Fact checking. Checks terminal, service and fee details against the operator and the airport before publishing them.
